3ptti Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 3ptti ("3ptti", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://3ptti.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 3ptti Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the 3ptti Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Use of the 3ptti Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3ptti strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a commercial entity for professional wagering purposes.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of 3ptti or its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 3ptti Platform under any prior account or alias.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 3ptti services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 3ptti makes no representations as to the legality of its services under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan must satisfy themselves regarding the applicable legal framework governing online betting and casino activity in their location.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on 3ptti, you must create a user account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other fields required by 3ptti.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 3ptti account, whether or not authorised by you.

3ptti reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time, including requesting government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted or permanently closed at 3ptti's sole discretion. Funds held in unverified or fraudulently registered accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3ptti Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 3ptti may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your 3ptti PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary; 3ptti is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. 3ptti may request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Pending bonuses may impose wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 3ptti reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

3ptti does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 3ptti bears no responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay on the 3ptti Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to game-specific rules displayed within each product:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. 3ptti does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances expressly described in the specific game or sports-betting rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, 3ptti's internal system logs shall be the definitive record for the purposes of any dispute.
• 3ptti reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed using erroneous odds, software malfunction, or any advantage derived from a technical error. Any winnings associated with such bets may be withheld.
• Cricket markets, PSL in-play odds, and all other sports betting products at 3ptti are offered subject to their respective betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted at 3ptti's discretion without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3ptti may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all 3ptti promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 3ptti reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Free spins and free bets have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• 3ptti may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ptti Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the 3ptti Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any 3ptti game for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the 3ptti Platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with 3ptti's systems, databases, or infrastructure in any unauthorised manner.

3ptti cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3ptti Platform — including but not limited to the 3ptti brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 3ptti or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3ptti Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 3ptti Platform without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

3ptti collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data processing. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.

10. Responsible Gaming

3ptti is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Session timers: Receive reminders about the duration of your active gaming session.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net session activity.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 3ptti Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptti shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 3ptti's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

3ptti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 3ptti will publish the updated Agreement on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3ptti is incorporated. In the event of a dispute between you and 3ptti, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 3ptti support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by 3ptti.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
